1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Pixel Ignite website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Pixel Ignite provides digital marketing, web development, creative, and technology services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements, proposals, or statements of work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. For project-based work, a deposit is typically required to commence. Monthly retainer services are billed on the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., website code, design files). Pixel Ignite retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and processes used in delivery.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Ignite's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Outstanding fees become immediately due upon termination.
